How do we conduct our Roof Surveys
and Inspections in London ?
After proceeding with a preliminary desktop survey of the location and evaluate the size and complexity of your roof, we travel to the site, proceed to a dynamic Risk Assessment, and launch our drone over the property roof.

We manually thoroughly scan the roof, taking an unlimited number of overlapping close-ups of the tiles, gutters, flashing, skylights, chimney stacks, ridges and parapet walls, focusing on any other area you will mention in your brief.
​
We transmit all the pictures to our surveyors for a professional analysis and establishment of a detailed Condition and Advice Inspection Report, sorting out the defects by severity and providing a timeline for repairs and maintenance where necessary.
​
The report (when requested) is issued within 72 Hours and we send it to you straight away by email. We release as well all the pictures taken in full resolution.
