Our aerial drones take off from the car park or any designated area, flying close to the roof, taking as many as necessary high-resolution, scalable, overlapping pictures to assess the condition of the roof covering, including Metal sheets, Rivets, fasteners, bitumen, Fiber Glass & translucent sheets, roof lights, flashings, waterproof systems...

We can assess any area of the roof, even hidden or difficult-to-access parts, monitor on screen the survey progress from the drone HD video feed and evaluate the works to be carried out. The client can also see "live" the condition of the roof.

How do we conduct our Commercial Roof Surveys?

After Checking the area with Aviation maps and apps to identify hazards and flight restriction zones, we proceed to a dynamic on-site Risk assessment and launch the drone for its roof inspection mission.
The flights can be Autonomous or Manual, or both, to cover every inch of the roof, whatever its size and configuration.
We take unlimited High-Resolution pictures of the Condition of the roof and all parts composing and attached to it.
Back at the office, we transmit all pictures to our Independent Chartered surveyor who issues a Roof Condition and Advice Report with timeline on maintenance and repairs where necessary.
